The castle is quite easy to reach even if, for those coming from the Aosta state road, the right turn is not really well signposted. Inside it is possible to visit many rooms and an interesting photographic exhibition on the ground floor dedicated to the Savoy queens. The visit was very interesting and full of anecdotes and curiosities. Inside, you can take pictures without a flash. Highly recommended!
I visited the castle with my family, it was well kept and maintained. Simple route to do even with small children. Very prepared and friendly guide with simple and effective explanations that have made you appreciate all the rooms even in the smallest details.

A beautiful, well-preserved castle, easy to reach and with parking available, which can also be visited inside for a fee and outside for free, complete with a garden. In the garden there is a clean and well-kept toilet available to tourists.
The interiors are full of hunting trophies (entire rooms are covered with the heads of ibex, roe deer, chamois of all sizes, to create bizarre compositions). We enjoyed a very interesting visit. Of particular interest for those who love the history of the Savoy family, since it presents a series of testimonies linked to this family. Of the ancient 12th century building, only the tower remains, as the rest was rebuilt in 1708.
During a trip to Valle D Aosta I went to visit this castle. The structure is very well maintained and interesting. The guide who accompanied us was very professional and very knowledgeable. Interesting visit for sure!
